Therefore, we only accept refunds/returns only if your product is
1) Not delivered or lost
2) Not what you ordered


In case of Damage or any other Defect, we will REPLACE the product with another one (same as what you ordered) no refund will be initiated on the same

Cancelation Duration: Contact us within 2 hour of your purchase and we will cancel your order and refund the money.

Return Duration: 2 Days from the date of delivery

Any claims made after 2 days from the date of delivery won’t be entertained.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and provide the apt resolution.

Refunds (If applicable)
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for the entire process to complete as there are third-party entities and mediating institutions like Banks or Credit Card Companies involved in the process of refund. A refund may take around 5-7 working days.
